The set includes an Approved Ops leaflet with instructions for using the cards, three mission map leaflets, and a collection of 37 reference cards. These comprise 12 Tac Op cards, nine Crit Op cards, one Kill Op card, six Primary Op cards, four Map Key cards, and one art card.
